Taking the Exam
- Obtaining the Federal License is now much easier than it used to be.
- Morse Code is no longer a requirement.
- The exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions.
- The exam tests your knowledge about the radio regulations and basic electricity.
- You can study for the exam using self-study, over the Internet.

Taking the Exam
- One of our club members - Lori Bedford (VE3VAI) is a Federal Government (Industry Canada) accredited examiner.
- When you feel you are ready, contact Lori at ate-oh-seven - 622-2746 (cell 630-7688) to make arrangements to take the exam.
- Once you have passed the exam, you may choose a VE3... or VA3... callsign.
